1. Acceptance
By using StyxReconcile, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The product
StyxReconcile is a browser-based CSV reconciliation utility. The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be improved, discontinued, or become unavailable without notice.
3. Browser-only processing
CSV files selected for reconciliation are processed in your browser. StyxReconcile is designed so that CSV contents used by the reconciliation process do not need to be uploaded to a StyxReconcile server. You are responsible for your browser, device, extensions, network environment, and any third-party services used with the product.
4. Your data and responsibility
You remain responsible for the files and information you choose to process. Do not use StyxReconcile for data you are not authorized to access or process. Maintain your own backups and verify exported results before relying on them.
5. Accuracy and reliance
StyxReconcile is a utility, not professional accounting, legal, tax, financial, compliance, or auditing advice. Matching results depend on your input files and configuration. Independently review results before making material decisions.
6. No guarantee
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every CSV format, or suitability for every use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on results, malformed files, browser/device failures, data loss, or configuration mistakes.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans and payment processing are handled through the payment provider presented at checkout. Pricing, billing, renewals, taxes, refunds, and payment terms are subject to the applicable checkout terms, payment-provider records, and applicable law.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal; it does not normally refund the current paid billing period, and you will generally retain access through the end of that already-paid period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the payment provider’s applicable policies, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds, where available, are handled in accordance with applicable law, Paddle’s applicable buyer/refund policies, and the terms presented at checkout. We do not promise a blanket voluntary refund policy.
9. Free and paid access
Free limits and paid-plan features may change. Any locally stored entitlement or application state is not a substitute for a server-side payment record. Paid access may depend on successful payment and the applicable entitlement system.
10. Support
StyxReconcile is intended to be a self-service product. It does not include a promise of one-to-one customer support, implementation services, custom reconciliation work, data recovery, or guaranteed response times. Documentation or product guidance may be provided when available, but is not a service-level commitment.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use StyxReconcile unlawfully, interfere with its operation, circumvent payment or access controls, reverse engineer or abuse infrastructure, or process data you have no right to use.
12. Availability and changes
There is no guarantee of a particular uptime, feature roadmap, support window, or continued availability of any particular version. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product when reasonably necessary.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyxReconcile and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the product. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are intended as general product terms and should be read with applicable local law and payment-provider terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
15. Contact
StyxReconcile is designed to operate without ongoing customer-service commitments. If a legal or payment issue requires contact, use the contact method published with the product or payment receipt, if one is provided.
